Return Policy, Terms and Conditions

  • Please fill out the Return Form below to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • We will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase date.
  • Damaged or missing item(s) must be reported to Beachwheels Australia within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Return Authorizations must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.
  • Returned product must be unused, in the original package, and shipped at customer cost via a trackable method.
  • 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned merchandise if parts are missing or if there is no RA #.
  • Returned product must include a copy of the invoice or sales receipt.
  • Cosmetic seconds, discontinued items, and discounted samples are sold “as is” and are not returnable.
  • Refused packages will have return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee deducted from any refund.
