RETURN POLICY
Airtime Watertime® stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear. Our products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a limited one-year guarantee from the date of purchase.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Airtime Watertime®, you can return your items as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned online within ten (10) days of purchase.
- Items purchased in an Airtime Watertime® retail store must be returned in-store within thirty (30) days of purchase.
- Items purchased online using PayPal must be returned online within ten (10) days of purchase.
- You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
- Items must be unused and unwashed.
- Customer products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
- Refunds will be issued within 48 hours after product is returned.
- A restocking fee of 10% applies.

Airtime Watertime® products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with a limited one-year guarantee from the date of purchase. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect Airtime Watertime® will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care and cleaning, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please see www.airtimewatertime.com for proper care instructions.
The products eligible for warranty are covered to the original owner. For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to Beachwheels Australia Pty Ltd Unit 10, 8 Distribution Court. Arundel. QLD 4214. Australia. All shipping must be pre-paid and insured. Beachwheels Australia Pty Ltd cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Products accepted for repair MUST be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.
