Hi Drew,
The photos how I packed up, then travelled about 1.2 km along the beach to a steep access with loose sand, that was a little hard with the load but the 1.2klm across the beach was quite good. I got back in one go and didn’t need to do 2 or 3 trips. I rate this product as very good for the serious surf fisherman.
The beach cart packs into by Ford Ranger Wildtrak ute. It will fit under the roller shutter top if I remove the wheels and fold the handle back, so it is secure. For going from home down to Torquay just fishing it is more convenient to leave the cart assembled. With my gear remaining in the cart there is only one lift off and one lift on when I have finished fishing.
The other thing is that my gear is now off the sand by the way I have it organised the cart. it is like a workstation. Also, no sand gets into my equipment like it did before. And just to think I only paid and ordered it one week ago on the 5th of March 22.
The beach cart I was using on the day. Absolutely fantastic!! The best thing I have bought for surf fishing by far!!!

Hey Drew, The Beach Cart was awesome and allowed us to explore and fish even when the vehicles were camp bound due to the tides. There were plenty of fishing sessions, including one trip where Sheri and I landed 19 tailor and stowed them in an Evakool IM26 icebox in the cart. I also fitted some rod holders to the cart. Our longest mission was a 16km round trip exploring the section beyond the Sandy Cape Lighthouse, where I pulled the cart on the way around and Sheri pushed it effortlessly on the way back. The tide cut us off at one point when fishing the point and we just dragged it over the big sand dune… crazy, but it did it easy. Thanks again and I hope all’s well at your end. Cheers, Justin
